Here is a perfect program for those curious about Crossfit. This 4 week, program will teach you the basic principles of Crossfit, the Paleo Diet, typical warm ups and workouts along with plenty of focus on the techniques of all fundamental movements like the deadlift, snatch, clean&jerk, and all squat variations. All participants will receive a journal to take notes and keep track of their progress. Led by trainer Dan Allaire this program will help get you on the right track to forging elite fitness. Allaire himself used the Crossfit program to adopt a healthy lifestyle going from 345lbs to a Crossfit trainer in just over two years, making him the ideal trainer for this program.
