About Me

My name is Dan Allaire.  I have been strength training for over 4 years now and have dedicated my life to helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle.  There is nothing I love more than training in the gym and take that passion to my classes as a strength coach.  I have been at the lowest of lows and have fought my way to strength, fitness and overall wellbeing.  This experience definitely helps me relate to those coming in looking to make a better life for themselves.  I know the hard work, determination, perseverance and sheer will it takes to get you to the “next level”.  The training methods applied at Caveman Strong are proven and effective and constantly evolving to get better, a philosophy that drew me here instantly.  Spend 5 minutes with me and you feel and see the passion I have for this industry.  Strength training is for everyone and it is key to a healthy happy long life.
